set-up & Tear-down $250

Our staff will pack up, deliver, and tear down all of your decor when it works best for you.

day-of coordination $500-$750

One of our highly trained and experienced Coordinators will be by your side for your big day. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, they will be running the show and making sure everything goes smoothly. 

The cost is $500 for Sassifras Design Rentals who pay a Set-Up & Tear-Down fee.

The cost is $750 for any person who is not renting decor from Sassifras Design.

They will contact your caterers, run your rehearsal, and even do additional site visits to make you feel at ease.

Rehearsal and additional site visits are $50/each.

CHALKING $15-$100/each

Interested in having your signs professionally chalked? Our calligrapher will hand chalk any sign, big or small.

Pricing is dependent on style of chalking and size of board. Please contact us for more information!

chalking & CALLIGRAPHY workshops $55

 If you are interested in learning Calligraphy yourself, please contact us and we can forward you information on our all-inclusive workshops! 

The cost per person is $40 for the class, plus $15 for supplies for you to bring home.
Supplies include the following:
- Calligraphy Ink
- Calligraphy Pen
- Calligraphy Nibs
- Practice Paper
- Practice Sheets and Tutorials
