Month-of Coordinator
Whether you are a detailed planner or more of a DIYer, a Month-of Coordinator is essential to make sure your wedding runs without a hitch (and more importantly, that your family and friends aren't stuck doing the work)!
Our team of experienced Coordinators have collectively worked hundreds of events - and although we're well-versed, we also like to think we're down-to-earth. Our goal is to make your vision come to life, no matter what, and to simply offer help and advice along the way.

For the month leading up to your wedding
In-Person Venue Walkthrough
In the month leading up to the wedding
Virtual 1-Hour Final Details Call
A call the week before the wedding to finalize details and answer any questions
1-Hour Wedding Rehearsal
In-person wedding rehearsal at the wedding venue.
Wedding Timeline Preparation
Your Coordinator will assist you with preparing a wedding timeline

Travel Included
Up to 30 miles from our studio in Salisbury
12 Hours On-Site
Your Coordinator will be on-site for 12 hours on the day of your wedding
Vendor Coordination
We will coordinate vendor arrival, set up, service and more.
Bridal Party Coordination
We will make sure everyone is where they need to be, on schedule
Ceremony Coordination
We will lead, cue music, and do everything to execute a flawless ceremony
Cocktail Hour & Reception Coordination
Throughout the entire day we will make sure everyone is following the timeline and manage all behind-the-scenes details
